For the past 10 days we have nearly killed ourselves to create four short films for Omega, to celebrate there new UK flagship store opening in Stratford today.

Working alongside Renaud Futterer, Jim Howells , Zenbullets and a last minute debut from Ollie Aplin, we created four films with varying themes, Space, Underwater, Olympics and...Golf!

Last week we moved into our new studio in the North Laines in Brighton. More photos to follow shortly. Our new address is 45 Gloucester Street, Brighton, BN1 4EW.

Last week our animation project for the One Famine campaign was projected onto the Paris City Hall during the G20 Summit.

FutureDeluxe were recently invited to take part in the new Digital & Animation festival - Pause Fest based in Melbourne, Australia. As part of the brief we were asked if we could answer a 'few questions' to be included in a series of creative studio based films, hopefully Australia will get the dry British answers! Thanks to George at Pause Fest for getting us involved.

'Think Different'

Last week FutureDeluxe along with Zenbullets & Agency 303 were awarded 'Best Digital & Interactive', at the Create Design Awards 2011 held in Melbourne. The digital campaign was created for the Perth International Arts Festival and allowed festival goers to create unique generative artwork (totems) based on their online festival choices, each as unique as the users finger print. Up against amazing projects for Honda, Guinness, British Airways & Schweppes, we are very proud to have grabbed the award.

Thanks to everyone at 303, everyone who bust a gut here in the studio and as always Mr Zenbullets.

It's no secret that we like sphere or two here at FutureDeluxe. However we made a promise to ourselves earlier this year that their would be no more. Along came Black Ocean and commissioned us to create a short film. These are a few test renders from the final project. We thought as these are the last, they'd have to be our best. To any new potential clients out there, please don't ask for any balls, there will be no more!

We recently created a live audio visualisation tool for Mark Pritchard's recent project - Africa Hitech on Warp Records. Working again with Zenbullets we put together an interactive application based on Andy Gilmore's geometric illustrations. The app creates beautiful retro arcade game style graphics using live audio input and will be used for their upcoming UK & US tour visuals. See more from the project here -

We've been quiet on the blog again, so its time to roll out what we've been doing for the last three months. First up is a big live interaction project we have just finished for Groove Armada's Red Light show. Once again teaming up with Zenbullets, we put together an application which uses realtime 3d motion tracking & audio visualisation to create a show that is as unique as every performance. Full reel and footage on our site later this week.
